2. Subscription & Trials
FlowGora operates on a tiered subscription model, including a free Generative SEO tier, a limited-time trial without credit card requirements, and a premium flat-rate monthly subscription. Pricing, trial limits, and feature access are transparently displayed on our pricing page and within your dashboard.
3. Refund Policy & Infrastructure Costs
We strive to empower your brand with the most advanced autonomous marketing agents available. However, because our service orchestrates complex multi-agent deliberation workflows utilizing expensive LLM compute and continuous web-crawling infrastructure, we are generally unable to offer refunds for subscription periods already initiated.
We encourage users to fully utilize the risk-free trial period to determine if the platform aligns with their operational needs before committing to the premium tier.
4. Commercial Rights & Generated Assets
You retain full commercial rights to any marketing copy, strategic pipelines, or visual assets generated for your brand using FlowGora. You may deploy them across social networks, ad platforms, and internal campaigns. However, you may not resell access to the FlowGora agentic platform itself, programmatically scrape the deliberation logs, or wrap our infrastructure into a competing service without explicit written permission from Hadaa, Inc.
5. Account Responsibility & Rate Limiting
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. While the premium subscription offers "unlimited" target platforms and continuous ideation, we reserve the right to enforce fair-use rate limits to protect grid stability.
6. Service Availability & Rights Reserved
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the service at any time. We also strictly reserve the right to ban users who abuse the system (e.g., attempting to jailbreak agents for malicious use), attempt to reverse-engineer our proprietary deliberation models, or otherwise violate these terms.
